| We are planning to let customers to follow up their
inprogress order status this web . However, there are several advantages and disadvantages ... Advantage : Customers may know their requirement status ( eg. order status, past order history, past order summary ... etc ) Disadvantage : Whoever knows the user name / password may know the info . In case customer's staffs who know the password but resigned, order information may be disclosed . |
