with a 28,000 square meter production plant and facilities in China. Its
modern factory is equipped with state-of-the-art plastic
injection and blow molding machines, wax crayon molding machines, packaging
equipment,
and equipment for paint processing, mixing, filling and packaging, plus
automatic assembly
lines.

production facilities with large capacity |
| Our
production plant in Bao On, China occupies over 28,000 square metres. This
includes 18,000 square
metres of production area, 5,400 square metres of warehouse space and staff
quarters for 2,000
personnel. Currently, the plant operates with a 1,200 strong workforce. |

China-based technologically advanced manufacturing facility is managed and

of experienced professionals. The company invests considerable resources
into staff training.
LaiOn's plant and production facilities empower the company as a vertically
integrated manufacturer
able to complete all stages of production including product design and
development,
mock-up and prototype, tooling and injection molding, blow molding, surface
finishing
(spray painting, silk screening, pad printing), assembly and quality control.
The facilities
include CAD/CAM and a machining center for designing and making molds. More
than 35 plastic injection molding machines feature capacities ranging from
2 oz to 18 oz in addition
to 10 large capacity blow molding machines. |
